During the manufacturing process, the DARO trailer axle is produced using an extrusion technique based on seamless steel pipe forming. The production flow integrates more than ten precision steps, including hot rolling, shaft tube forming, CNC machining, and automatic welding. As a result, the DARO trailer axle offers excellent resistance to deformation and bending, while significantly enhancing its heavy load capacity.

Furthermore, the DARO trailer axle is made from 20Mn2 high-strength alloy seamless steel pipe, a premium raw material chosen for its durability. Strict quality control measures are applied throughout the entire process, including hot rolling, cold push squaring, automatic quenching and tempering, shot blasting, multi-point straightening, CNC machine tool processing, medium frequency strengthening treatment, primer and topcoat painting, as well as machine protection welding. These rigorous procedures ensure that every DARO trailer axle fully complies with national quality standards.
