(3) After filing a complaint, please leave your real name, phone number, address, email address, etc., so that relevant parties can better contact you when handling the complaint.

(4) The time limit for responding to general complaints is 5 working days; If the situation is complex, it will be extended appropriately, but the maximum period shall not exceed 30 working days. Relevant parties will respond to some simple questions as soon as possible. Please do not submit the same matter and request again within the prescribed deadline.

(5) You can add customer service query results, or conduct queries through phone and email.

Processing rules: 1. The website is responsible for receiving "complaints and suggestions", recording and urging the response. 2. If the complaint or suggestion has no substantive content, the office shall directly respond in a unified format.
